Booked a room for my needs. Throughout the day staff were really helpful. The location was comfortable for Santa Rosa, very close to all the restaurants and a newer truck stop/convenience store.

The room was brand-new, moreover individual with 2 beds. Had good breakfasts for vegetarians. Its location in Santa Rosa was good and incredible, next to a newer truck stop/convenience store which sells beer and wine, and all the restaurants.

Upon arrival, we found it closed due to staff issues. While the room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was plentiful, the customer service could have been more attentive.

Had a blast with my friends on our recent trip! We visited the Blue Hole, perfect for cooling off, and enjoyed some fun times in the game room. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options including Cinnabon rolls. This hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfy. Definitely recommend staying here!
The only downside was the WiFi. It was painfully slow .

The holiday inn express had a great location right off the interstate and near restaurants. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with the best pillows we've had on our trip. Breakfast offered plenty of options, and the coffee was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.
